Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Change-of-mind purchases
However, we will gladly assist you if:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product
The product is missing from your order

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the request.
Once your request is approved:
A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, or
Store credit may be issued (if replacement is unavailable)
Daksha Organics reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Gift cards
Promotional or free products
Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
If a return shipment is required, instructions will be provided by our support team.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
