1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping (if applicable): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Locations

International: Selected countries

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Daksha Organics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Daksha Organics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Daksha Organics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Daksha Organics is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier. However, we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider to help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@dakshaorganics.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.


8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to:

Natural disasters

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Courier service disruptions

Customs processing
